My story

Honesty as luxury.

I'm Jerry Andrew Watkins III, a licensed Nevada real estate salesperson with Epique Realty in Reno. For months, this page said something you almost never see on a real-estate site: that I wasn't licensed yet. I'd passed my exams and was deliberately choosing the brokerage that meshed with my values before I began practicing — and I told you so, plainly.

I said I'd choose my brokerage as intentionally as you'd choose a home. In August 2026 I did — Epique Realty — and that transparency isn't going anywhere.

Now I represent buyers and sellers myself across Northern Nevada, Lake Tahoe's Nevada shore and Las Vegas. When you share what you're looking for, I'll listen carefully, give you the honest local read, and handle the specifics with you — a real comparative market analysis, showings, offers and negotiation.

I'm also not a typical agent: I hold five AI certifications from Anthropic Academy alongside my license, and the servers behind this site — the AI concierge, the daily market numbers, the listing alerts — run on hardware I host myself. The AI watches the market around the clock; the judgment and the advice are mine.
